It all started in 2016. th[is] was founded by Wesley, Patrick, Justin, and Robert, who met during a joint project. A company director, two developers, and a DevOps Engineer/Linux System Administrator teamed up to work on an urgent project for a large client. Together, we built a new CRM system that allowed account managers to create quotes and register clients. In just one weekend, we had a prototype that convinced the client of our expertise and speed. This marked the birth of This is Support and This is Development.

Since its inception, th[is] quickly grew its client base and expanded its team to around 38 professionals. As of the summer of 2023, th[is] operates under four pillars: This is Support, This is Development, This is Creative, and This is Performance. Our belief that things can and must be done differently has never changed. This applies not only to IT but also to app, UX, and web design, as well as coaching and training in Objective Key Results (OKRs).
