Using the OKR method, we have shaped and supported many major (agile) transitions. OKR stands for Objectives (goals) and Key Results and is designed to set and measure goals within an organization. This methodology is used by leading companies, including Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Uber. Increasingly, Dutch organizations are also embracing the framework.

In our training program, you will learn how to set the right OKRs with your team, how to formulate them, and how to make progress visible ("measure what matters").
