To provide an even better user experience and tailor our offerings, we use your data if you give your consent. When you contact us, for example, via email, social media, or phone, we may ask for your contact information to follow up with additional information regarding your initial request. Your data is only accessible to those within the organization handling your request.
Personal data is processed in connection with the following purposes:
We use various IT tools, such as email, to communicate internally and with you. We retain a history of this communication as long as it is relevant for follow-up, accountability, and security. To operate and protect our IT systems, we process IP addresses and user data, among other things. We do not store your data longer than legally required and ensure data destruction once the legal retention period expires.
When handling claims, it may be necessary to use and retain relevant personal data as long as it remains relevant. For internal audits, we process relevant data from clients, employees, and candidates. We also process data to invoice and account for our services, and we store relevant data for financial administration and invoice approval. Personal data may be used for legal purposes. To measure how clients experience and use our services, we conduct surveys. Through analysis and reports, we continually improve our services and report to clients. Where possible, we combine and anonymize data to minimize the use of personal data.
We process personal data because:
TIS Group uses collected personal data for its business activities. Unless there is explicit consent or a legal obligation, information sharing is solely based on the performance of the contract. We do not share data with third parties.
When another party processes personal data on our behalf, a data processing agreement is established. This agreement specifies the purpose of the data they receive, how it may be processed, and how it should be handled.
As part of our procedures and to comply with GDPR, we maintain a record of our data processing tools and associated organizations. In selecting vendors for these products, we consider our own policies and applicable legal requirements.
When you submit your information via a job listing, register at a branch, or use external assistance to find a job, we process the following data:
