They help organizations remain relevant in a fast-changing environment. This is Performance holds an exclusive license for the OKR training program in the Benelux region. But we are more than just a training provider. We are the authority in consulting, advising, and coaching in organizational development and change, utilizing OKRs. Using the OKR method, we have shaped and supported many major (agile) transitions. OKR stands for Objectives (goals) and Key Results and is designed to set and measure goals within an organization. This methodology is used by leading companies, including Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Uber. Increasingly, Dutch organizations are also embracing the framework.
This is Performance has obtained the exclusive license from OKR-institute.org for the Benelux region. In our training program, you will learn how to set the right OKRs with your team, how to formulate them, and how to make progress visible ("measure what matters"). You will also learn how to align OKRs with your organizational goals and strategy and adjust them as necessary.
The OKR licensing program provides an essential theoretical foundation for a successful transition. As a GOLD partner of the OKR Institute, we offer four certifications: Foundations, Practitioner, Leader, and Professional. We offer in-company training, workshops, and both online and offline courses. We collaborate with our partners, Xebia Academy and Epic Agility.
Additionally, we provide on-site consultancy, coaching, and advice on (agile) organizational development, using the OKR method as the foundation. You’ll learn to design, implement, or revitalize major change plans. The OKR method does not replace existing frameworks, such as SAFe or LEAN, but instead acts as the glue that ties elements of existing frameworks together. If you do not yet have a fixed method, OKRs offer a strong starting framework that can also be used as a stand-alone solution.
